1. Do you deliver Island wide?
Yes! we deliver Island wide.
2. How are the orders delivered?
All orders on oxfordstreet.lk will be processed through the third-party delivery team who will ensure the customers receive the orders made from our marketplace.
3. How many days does it take for the order to be delivered?
Delivery time would depend on the location and since all our products flying from United Kingdom deliveries would take up to 7-14 business days to reach you.
4. Can there be delivery delays?
Deliveries may be delayed if;
- There are fuel shortages
- It is during seasonal and promotional times
- Travel restrictions are in place
- Delays from the sellers to dispatch your order
- Delays from the courier company
We do apologize if your product takes longer than usual to reach you. In most cases it will reach you within the given time frame however, due to vendors’ location and availability and the delivery teams’ operations and routes, there can be certain delays.
5. What are the charges for delivery?
Delivery charges will vary based on location.
- Colombo 1 to 15 – Rs 180.00
- Colombo suburbs – Rs 250.00
- Outstation – Rs 450.00
- Remote – Rs 550.00
Delivery charges may vary based on your specific location and are subject to change.
The above prices are for 1kg and there will be Rs 80.00- Rs 90.00 charge for each additional Kg.
5. Who pays for delivery?
The delivery cost will be paid by the buyer at the time of delivery along with the payment for order.
- Is same-day delivery available?
Unfortunately no, as all our orders comes direct from United Kingdom, we are unable to facilitate same day delivery.
7. Do you have Cash on delivery?
At the present moment, we do not have cash on delivery.
8. Do you ship worldwide?
At the moment, No. However keep an eye out, we will introduce this feature soon.
9. How can I check the status of my order?
Once the order is ready and dispatched, you will receive an email that your order is processing. You can check the status of your order by messaging us on whats app on +94 74 276 7241 and also you can track your order via local courier tracking reference.
