Please read the following return and refund terms before placing an order.
Order Confirmation & Cancellation
Once an order is placed and payment has been successfully processed, the order is confirmed and prepared for fulfilment.
Orders cannot normally be cancelled after they have been processed for dispatch. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately and we will review the request depending on the order status.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- The item received is damaged or defective
- The item received is incorrect (wrong product sent)
- The item significantly differs from the product description on the website
To request a return, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Returned items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include original packaging, tags, and labels
- Not show signs of wear, washing, or alteration
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

- Incorrect size or colour selected by the customer
- Minor variations in colour due to screen display differences
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
After verification, we will arrange one of the following solutions:

Shipping & Delivery
While we work with reliable international shipping partners, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including customs clearance, airline delays, or courier handling.

- Customs inspections
- Airline or courier disruptions
- Weather or international logistics issues
However, we will always assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery concerns.
Refund Processing
If a return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
